Apple Butter Pork Chops

Last fall we were visiting my in-laws. My mother-in-law made these pork chops three nights in a row because the kids kept asking for them. I must have watched her make them four times before I figured out her little secret. She tastes the apple butter sauce after each ingredient instead of waiting until the
