Crockpot Cajun Chicken Pasta

I first made this the week we moved into our house in 2019, with boxes stacked everywhere and barely any kitchen set up. Somehow, this CrockPot Cajun Chicken Pasta came out way better than I expected. The thing that saved dinner that night was letting it cook slowly instead of trying to hurry the process.
