dump and bake meatball casserole

This casserole started as one of those throw-it-together nights when I didn’t feel like cooking. I wasn’t expecting much. But after one bite, it went straight into the regular rotation. It bakes up like a classic cheesy pasta dish, but without the extra steps. Everything goes into one dish and the oven does the work.
