Patty Pan Squash Breakfast Hash

I haven’t really shared many patty pan squash recipes on my blog, but this breakfast hash was one I had to share. The squash has a mild buttery taste and those scalloped edges catch plenty of color in a hot skillet. Add crisp potatoes and smoky bacon and soft eggs, and breakfast suddenly feels much
