Keep your baked Thanksgiving Cocktail Party Food bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If you want to save them longer, freeze the unbaked coated bites for up to 2 months. Just place them in a freezer-safe container with parchment paper between each layer. I don’t recommend freezing the finished baked platter because the coating won’t stay as crisp after thawing. When you’re ready to enjoy them again, reheat refrigerated bites at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the outside is crispy. Add a little fresh parsley after warming for a pop of color and a fresh aroma. Be sure to toss any bites with a sour smell, watery filling or unusual texture.
